FINANCIAL ANALYST

Willet Hauser Stained Glass and Aspen Mountain Partners (AMP), along with our operating companies (OpCos) are looking for a Financial Analyst who will support AMP and OpCos leadership with insights on financial and operational performance while building financial processes and tools.

The Financial Analyst’s key objectives will be improving visibility and analysis of AMP OpCos’ performances by developing and institutionalizing forecasting, analytical tools, and reports. You will work with various teams across AMP to create processes and workflows around these tools, as well as make decisions based on them. You'll be supporting leadership with financial forecasts and budgets at departmental and consolidated levels, while also performing monthly variance analyses along with other FP&A activities.

Another crucial part of the Financial Analyst’s work will be managing AMP's payroll which includes calculating commissions for field and sales teams. Willet Hauser will initially be your primary focus with a subsequent increase of exposure to other AMP’s OpCos.

The Financial Analyst role will include:

• Forecasting and analysis of AMP OpCos and consolidated financials
• Developing, implementing, and maintaining financial/corporate reports
• Developing and maintaining finance-related workflows
• Conducting month-end financial procedures and analyses
• Calculation and analysis of commissions for sales and subcontractors
• Payroll management

Required Education

• A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Accounting, Finance, Management or Engineering

• 1-3 years of experience in Finance or in an analytical role

Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
