Research Scientist I / II - San Diego, CA 92121
We are seeking a Research Scientist for our Compound Management (CM) Group at BR San Diego to work in a highly automated, interactive, and fast-paced environment to enable efficient compound distribution locally and worldwide. As a member of the global CM community, you will help accelerate drug discovery through operational excellence in a flexible and dynamic environment.
Your responsibilities will include :
- Performing regular operation and maintenance of laboratory robotics
- Utilizing web-based software tools
- Handling solutions from semi-automated and automated stores
- Using instruments for weighing, dissolution and solution transfers
- Assisting with shipments of orders between Novartis sites and / or CROs

Location : San Diego, CA (Onsite Role)
Pay Rate : $40-$65 / hour based on experience and qualifications (W2 only)
Contract : 12 months
