What You’ll Do :
Prospect and develop new business through networking, referrals, and digital marketing.
Educate clients on Medicare plans, ACA health coverage, voluntary benefits, and life insurance.
Guide small business owners in structuring group health & payroll-integrated benefits.
Customize solutions to fit client budgets and needs while ensuring compliance.
Maintain relationships and provide ongoing service & claims support.
Who We’re Looking For :
- Active Insurance License (Life & Health required, Property & Casualty a plus).
- Sales experience in Medicare, ACA, or Employee Benefits is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and client relationship-building skills .
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team .
- Passion for helping clients navigate insurance choices and protect their future .
