The Human Resources department at William Blair plays a critical role in creating a dynamic workplace that assists with all aspects of the employee lifecycle. Our human resources internship offers 8-weeks of project based practical work experience, exposure to William Blair’s products and services, opportunities to network and engage with colleagues and fellow program participants across the firm, and a multitude of professional learning opportunities.

Hourly Range
$23—$23 USD

Responsibilities Include But May Not Be Limited To
- Auditing, updating, and transferring personnel files into Human Capital Management system
- Implementing job architecture components
- Survey data analysis and presentations
- Miscellaneous projects as requested
- Must have completed a minimum of two years of college and be currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Industrial/Organizational Psychology or related degree.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0
- Flexible mindset and able to manage different projects and tasks simultaneously
- Experience with Microsoft Office required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Desire to work in a team environment
- Ability to collaborate with others across multiple functions
