William Blair is seeking undergraduate students to participate in a 10-week internship program during the summer of 2025. The program is designed to promote technology careers among high performing individuals from underrepresented backgrounds in the technology space, including but not limited to women currently enrolled, or intending to enroll, in a technology related program. The summer program also includes training, community service, and social events.
Responsibilities Include But May Not Be Limited To

Responsibilities Include But May Not Be Limited To
- Create project plans, timelines, and other necessary documentation to support business and project objectives
- Work with project management, collaboration tools such as Azure DevOps and Teams, and Smartsheet
- Gather and translate business requirements into user stories for development team
- Assist with facilitation daily team meetings, agile ceremonies, and keep information about the team's progress up-to-date and visible to all parties
- Assist the team in conducting data and system analysis
- Analyze product functions and processes built around user needs
- Develop needed metrics (quality, delivery rate, etc.) to identify areas of opportunity for improvement
- Full-time students currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a business or technology related field with anticipated graduation between December 2025 and June 2028
- Must be organized and have a high attention to detail
- Good communication, presentation and critical thinking skills
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies
- Works well in team environments
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
