Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement site-specific safety programs in collaboration with the safety team. ">
- Create a comprehensive project execution plan to ensure successful project delivery. ">
- Oversee financial aspects, including budgeting, cost monitoring, and revenue projections. ">
- Manage material and subcontract procurements, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with project requirements. ">
- Lead pre-construction planning and estimate reviews to identify strategies, risks, and opportunities. ">
- Maintain accurate project records and documentation. ">
- Ensure smooth project closeout, including final documentation and invoicing. ">
- Nurture relationships with local stakeholders and project teams. ">
Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. ">
- At least 5 years of industry experience, overseeing multiple projects simultaneously. ">
- Experience working on clean energy & infrastructure projects. ">
- Familiarity with project management systems, such as Procore, Build2Win, MS Project, P6, and HCSS. ">
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word and Excel. ">
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing project teams. ">
- Able to travel extensively by automobile, commercial airlines, rental vehicles, and public transportation, and lodge in public facilities. ">
