We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Superintendent to support our specialized energy and heavy civil projects at our Clinton, IN office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, and maintaining excellent relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
* Attend all required pre-job meetings to ensure project success
* Review project scopes with Project Managers and Area Managers to ensure alignment
* Receive and review union contracts prior to union pre-jobs
* Set up job sites prior to project commencement
* Review and understand cost codes before starting work
* Communicate effectively with IDOT, inspectors, subcontractors, and owners to maintain positive relationships
* Ensure all work meets project specifications
* Coordinate subcontractor operations to ensure seamless execution
* Manage local union relationships to foster a collaborative environment
* Supervise on-site employees for assigned projects
* Ensure EEO requirements are met or good faith efforts are made to meet those requirements, documenting progress
* Complete all required paperwork, including daily timesheets, safe cards, weekly toolbox talks, onboarding new employees, daily diaries, delivery tickets, and fuel receipts
Qualifications:
* Must reside within commuting distance of Clinton, IN
* Experience with excavating, draining & grading
* Minimum GED or High School Diploma
* Minimum 5 years of experience as a Bridge Superintendent or another related field
