wines from our vineyard and our Howell Mountain vineyards are big and robust yet elegant. Our Hospitality and Production team co-exist in the winery and are available to share ideas, or simply share a meal.

The Job
- Ability to provide unique, memorable tasting experiences within a historic winery and tasting room. Set up and breakdown of private tasting.
- Processing and recording sales orders and customer information into commerce system
- Process orders when doing the tours & fill out 3rd party forms for orders.
- Manages the tasting room experiences with hands-on leadership.
- Creatively comes up with ideas to bolster new members and high-touch experiences for guests.
- Establishing and maintaining exceptional guest service and wine tasting standards.
- Order and stock tasting room supplies.
- Phone Sales to generate revenue.
- Outreach and Relationship building within Napa Valley.
- Maintains strong relationship with customers and members of the local community
- Partners with Public Relations, Sales, and Marketing to promote each brands
- Assist in Fulfillment: processing/exporting orders to Ship Compliant
- Assist with packing and dropping off or scheduling for pick up of packages.
- Assist private event coordinating assistance as needed onsite and offsite.
- Assisting with event travel as needed.
- Maintain strong communication regarding clients’ needs and requests.
- Assist with email Marketing Campaigns via MailChimp.
- Answer phones and book appointments in the calendar.
- Assist in Monthly Inventory Management with Valley Wine and In-house
- Support a clean and safe environment in all hospitality areas including restrooms.
- Assist in Social Media
- Communicates and supports company policies and decisions in a positive manner.
- Take initiative to complete tasks and projects
- Demonstrate a high level of professionalism on and off the property.
- Ability to appropriately handle sensitive and confidential information and/or situations and the ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
- Special projects, errands, and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Must be at least 21 years old.
Must be able to lift up to 45 lbs.
Proficient use of Excel, Microsoft Word and Google Doc.
3 years tasting room experience in tasting rooms within Napa Valley with a proven record of meeting or exceeding revenue and membership targets.
Cash handling experience and basic math skills.
Must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holiday weekends.
Ability to follow company policies and procedures regarding federal and state shipping compliance
Valid CA Drivers License.
