DescriptionSeeking a Senior Business Analyst for an implementation of an Oracle ERP product with a strong background in Oracle products. This position will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing Oracle solutions to drive efficiency and innovation. Consultant will be tasked with providing project management support, developing key metrics, providing detailed analysis and ensuring that business requirements are accurately captured and translated into effective client-based solutions for client. Consultant will be client-facing.Key Responsibilities : Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, objectives, and challenges. Analyze and optimize existing business processes to align with organizational goals. Design, develop, and implement Oracle solutions, including but not limited to Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), Oracle Fusion, Oracle ERP, and Oracle Cloud applications. Develop detailed functional specifications and workflows for Oracle-based projects. Conduct gap analyses and provide recommendations to bridge business requirements with Oracle system capabilities. Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams to ensure seamless solution delivery. Create and execute test plans to validate system functionality and ensure compliance with business requirements. Support end-user training and documentation for Oracle applications. Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Stay updated on Oracle product enhancements and industry best practices.RequirementsQualifications : 3 years experience supporting Oracle implementations Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Oracle products (e.g., Oracle EBS, Oracle ERP, Oracle Cloud). 3 years experience leveraging Oracle HCM modules including Time & Labor / Attendance. Proficient in requirements gathering, process mapping, and gap analysis. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).Preferred Qualifications : Strong knowledge of Oracle application modules and functionalities, preferably within timekeeping and recruiting modules Willingness to perform work in a hybrid capacity
