Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Auction House Associate to join our team! As an Auction House Associate, you will assist customers with their drop-off and pickup needs and ensure an excellent experience. Responsibilities may include setting up merchandise displays, processing consignment drop-offs and end of sale pickups. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Greet each customer with a smile and provide assistance when needed
  • Follow all safety and loss prevention procedures.
  • Assist customers with drop-off and pickup and collate paperwork
  • Set up and breakdown displays for auctions
  • Assist on auction day with clerking and phone bids

    • Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to read, count, write, and communicate clearly and effectively
  • Understanding of best practices in customer service
  • Willingness to work well in a team environment
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule

    • Salary : $13 - $18
