Responsibilities:
- Must be able to inspect roofs/interior attic spaces, understand basic mathematics and engage with customers at their home.
- Handle referrals, provided leads and garner interest with new clients from self-generated lead practices.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits of our products and services as well as signing contracts to secure new customers.
- Utilize effective phone etiquette to communicate with clients and follow up on leads.
- Upsell products to maximize sales opportunities, income and bonus Incentives
- Have an overall positive mindset when the ebb and flow of ”downtimes” may have a mental effect on your sales pace. Allow the owner to engage one-on-one to troubleshoot declining or stalling closing rates when needed to regain your motivation to continue to hit yours and the company’s desired sales numbers.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries and continued education on new products/product changes.
Requirements
1. 3 or more years of Roofing Sales experience.
