Our onboarding and training process is second to none. Your first five days with us will be an intense, hands-on experience designed to help you master lead conversion, buyer and seller consultations, and contracts. We’ll get you out showing properties and closing deals fast.
What We’re Looking For:
A licensed real estate agent with at least $3M in total production
Experience representing buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions
Ability to draft residential purchase and listing agreements
Strong property evaluation skills to determine accurate values
Commitment to being responsive and available for clients
Willingness to keep CRM and partner systems, including Zillow, up to date
