Our EUC team is responsible for issuing, replacing, and retrieving equipment from our colleagues, and serves as the first point of contact whenever issues arise at their site. They collaborate closely with the Asset Management team and 3rd Line Support. Additionally, the team provides support for projects, ensuring that all users have access to the help they need, when they need it.What you will be doingAct as the single point of contact and "Technical Advisor," offering 1st and 2nd line technical support, including managing software licenses, troubleshooting software and hardware for PCs, Macs, and USB/LAN printers, and deploying or replacing faulty devicesOrganise, prioritise, and resolve open cases in the ticketing system while adhering to SLAs, and provide advice on software useCreate documentation, diagrams, and detailed instructions to help employees understand newly implemented technologiesGenerate reports and statements to ensure synchronization between Corporate Partners at different sitesProvide remote or telephone support to other offices within the companyWork with servers and consoles, as well as systems like Active Directory, Exchange Server, Fileserver, Teams, Slack, VMWare, JAMF/Casper, Juniper/VPN, Microsoft Team Foundation, SCCM, MobileIron, DNS, DHCP, PRTG, and Office 365 (Network Layer 4)Ensure the network is functioning at normal parameters, managing and maintaining the technical room, and performing physical updates to server resourcesTroubleshoot both software and hardware issues related to the networkManage the security area, ensuring devices remain 100% compliant with security software installations, and troubleshoot any security-related issuesWho we are looking forExperienced in working within an EUC team with expert knowledge of EUC processes and approaches.Confident automation mindset, continuously seeking ways to improve processes and drive efficiency.Demonstrated customer focus and experience in process improvement, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.Solid technical understanding of Microsoft, Mac OS, networking, and infrastructure technologies, with excellent critical thinking, decision-making skills, and clear communication.
