About Us: For the past 35 years, WJWEBCS has been a growing provider of educational and behavioral support services for children diagnosed with ASD in public-school setting throughout the state of New Hampshire. We are currently accepting applications for full-time Autism Support Specialists (ASD) to join our highly experienced team for the 25/26 school year at a starting pay rate of $43,000 for a school calendar year of 43 weeks ($1,000 gross pay per week) plus full benefits and training. We also have a few openings for the remainder of the 24-25 school year that will allow new staff to get a jump start on their new careers during the current school year and/or over the summer. Hourly payment of $30 per hour is typically available for summer hours with an assigned student or students. We truly offer opportunities for advancement, as many of our ASD Consultants and other supervisory clinical staff have worked with us for 10-25 years.
Job summary: The Autism Support Specialist (ASD) works in collaboration with educators and related staff to provide academic, social-emotional, and behavioral support in a public-school setting for children identified with ASD and/or related co-morbid conditions on a 1:1 basis in individual, small group, classroom, or school wide settings. Direct supervision and training are provided by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst. The goal is always to assist the student in acquiring the skills necessary to actively participate in an intergraded program with peers in a public-school setting. We are currently looking for Autism Support Specialist in the Concord, Plymouth and Laconia areas of the state.

Benefits:
· Pay $43,000.00 over 43 weeks, $1,000.00 gross pay per week of school year, based on experience.
· Training for employees to obtain their Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification and/or supervision for RBT’s and those working on obtaining their BCBA credentials

Autism Support Specialist Responsibilities:
· Provide prevention/intervention for a student or students with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
· Consistent implementation of behavior support plans, curriculum modifications and behavioral data collection
· Following the principals of applied behavior analysis (ABA)
· Effectively communicating with people at all levels and from various backgrounds
· Understanding and adhering to established policies, procedures, and protocols
· Strong documentation skills and attention to details
Autism Support Specialist Requirements, if you have the following, we urge you to apply:

· Preference given to currently certified registered behavior technician (RBT)
