The Administrative Coordinator, Talent Engagement is an integral member of the Talent Engagement team in the Office of University Advancement at William & Mary. The Talent Engagement team serves all of University Advancement's recruitment, hiring, onboarding, retention, professional development and training needs and supports inclusion and belonging across the office.
The Administrative Coordinator, Talent Engagement reports to the Senior Director of Talent Engagement and is the primary provider of administrative support for the unit and all senior level searches. The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for documentation and tracking of processes and procedures; research, writing and editing to create polished recruitment, hiring and onboarding materials; and supporting the team in recruitment, hiring, and onboarding as well as retention and new initiatives. The Administrative Coordinator, Talent Engagement is also responsible for budget management, office operations and travel arrangements and reimbursement for the team.
