Position Summary
Reporting to the Director of Housing & Residence Life, the Associate Director for Living Learning Communities & Engagement has primary responsibility for providing leadership for the student residential learning experience, living learning communities and student staff learning aspect of the residence life program including community development, special interest housing, residential curriculum, diversity/inclusion efforts and residential learning communities. Position includes performance management and program assessment and development. Serves as back-up and break coverage for departmental emergency on-call rotation.

Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in student affairs or related field
- Significant prior experience in Residence Life demonstrating increasing progression of responsibilities
- Experience in developing and managing Residential Learning Communities
Preferred Qualifications
- Significant experience with residential community development, residential curriculum development and management
- Experience with Assessment including writing and measuring assessment outcomes
- Demonstrated skills in team building, organizational/team development, and supervision of full time staff
- Demonstrated commitment to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

$68,000 - $70,000 commensurate with experience.
