Unit Mission Statement
The Department of Campus Recreation’s mission is to provide quality recreational opportunities to all members of the William & Mary Community to enhance and foster a lifelong appreciation for health, wellness, and recreation.
Position Summary
Professionals will provide individual wellness services for the Health and Wellness Thematic Area. Services may include (but are not limited to) Massage Therapy and Acupuncture. This is an hourly, pooled position with no benefits and the hours will be flexible.

- This is a non-exempt position, eligible to receive overtime in accordance with the Fair Labor Standards Act. This position may be subject to overtime during high peak times, etc. as directed and approved by the supervisor.
- This is a restricted position, subject to the continued availability of funding.
- All hourly employees are subject to the limitations of the Virginia Manpower Control Program and total hours worked may not exceed, on average, 29 hours per week, over the course of a twelve-month period beginning May 1 each year.

Required Qualifications
- Current license/certification for treatment modality provided
- Current CPR, AED, and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain these
- Membership and licensure with a national association or state regulatory board related to the modality that is being performed (where applicable)
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience working in a college setting
- Flexibility to work on weekends or evenings

Advertised Pay Range
$30 - $60 per hour commensurate with experience.
