Job Summary

William Pitt Sotheby's International Realty is seeking a Technology Enablement Associate to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for providing high-level technical support to our agents and ensuring the seamless delivery of services to our clients.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Technology Enablement: Serve as the primary point of contact for all technology-related needs, working closely with our IT department to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Digital Marketing Support: Provide technical and administrative support for digital marketing initiatives, including social media content creation, digital advertising, and online listing presentation.
• Marketing Coordination: Collaborate with our design team to execute sophisticated marketing initiatives that reflect the unique character of our luxury properties.
• Systems Integration: Help agents effectively leverage our proprietary technology platforms, CRM systems, and digital tools.

Requirements

• Strong technical aptitude with demonstrated experience in troubleshooting and resolving IT issues.
• Experience with digital marketing platforms, social media management, and content creation tools.
