Summary
The Marketing & Design Specialist plays a critical role in the general support of their main office in conjunction with the local Sales Manager. Remote support may be provided to additional offices or office staff (as applicable).
Essential Responsibilities
Administrative support for the office including :
- Agent Marketing Reimbursement processing through our KACE ticketing system and verifying sales associates budget allotment in Accounting System / Romio
- Advertising Invoice processing in Accounting / Concur system
- Communication with various departments in Headquarters via KACE ticketing platform
- Log activities into Kace ticketing system.
- Professional Office Communications : Email, Company Contests, Local Events.
- Onboarding new Sales Associates (Backup)
- Raveis.com agent web page support; profiles / bios, testimonials, adding videos. (Backup)

Required Qualifications :
NOT a remote position. This role is In-Office, M-F 9am-5pm
