Summary:
The Marketing Specialist plays a critical role in the general support of the office in conjunction with the local Sales Manager and additional office staff (as applicable). Focus on graphic creation and execution of the office’s print and digital marketing, the seamless design & coordination of marketing requests for our sales associates and local training efforts.
Job Responsibilities:
Administrative support for the office including:
- MLS assistance, roster maintenance and phone assistance.
- Transaction management (SkySlope) assistance & training, check scanning support as needed.
- Facilities management, Staples supply ordering, For Sale sign ordering, Up-desk scheduling
- Agent Marketing Reimbursement processing thru our KACE ticketing system and verifying sales associates budget allotment in Accounting System/Romio
- Invoice processing in Accounting/Concur system.
- Communication with various departments in Headquarters via KACE ticketing platform
- Log activities into Kace ticketing system.
- Onboarding new Sales Associates – serve as main point of contact & fulfill Kace ticketing checklist.
- Raveis.com agent web page support; profiles/bios, testimonials, adding videos.
- Assist Sales Manager with weekly office meeting presentations, special events, promotional materials.
- Professional Office Communications: Email, Yammer, Company Contests, Local Events
Marketing
Compliance Officer for Company Branding, social media and Marketing Standards:
- Focus on graphic creation and execution of the office’s print and digital marketing, the seamless design & coordination of marketing requests for our sales associates and local training efforts.
- Provide a concierge level of support to our Sales Associates with a variety of Marketing tasks including but not limited to: CMA Listing Presentations (Moxi Present), Print Advertising, Direct Mail, Social Media and Email Marketing, and support across all Company platforms: Moxi Engage (contacts), Raveis365, Raveis Complete: Premium, Refresh, Purchase, Mortgage & Insurance, RAMP (Raveis Automated Marketing System).
- General Marketing support and proactive planning directly with Sales Associates.
- Maintaining pre-printed inventory of marketing material supplies and re-ordering.
- Manage office Social Media accounts: reposting Co. content & creating content per calendar.
- Social Media support for Sales Agents to effectively promote their brand across digital platforms.
- Training Coordination: workshops & individual support on our company tools and business building applications
Required Qualifications:
- Prior real estate marketing experience
- Social Media management
- Bachelor’s in marketing, Advertising, or Graphic Design (portfolio required)
- Strong computer software skills: Microsoft Office (355, Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Adobe Suite: InDesign – a must
- Customer service oriented. Strong team player
- Ability to multi-task, manage deadlines and prioritize multiple projects.
- Excellent written, editing and communication skills.
Hours of Work:
NOT a remote position. This role is in office at our Andover, MA. Standard work hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 am – 5:00 pm with regular and predictable attendance.
