Summary :
The Regional Marketing & Design Specialist (RMDS) plays a critical role in the marketing support for William Raveis’ Long Island, NY offices, in partnership with the local office Sales Managers and Field Staff. This role is part of a 9-person, companywide RMDS team, reporting to the Director RMDS (DRMDS), who reports to the CMO. Additionally, this person will function as the Operational Lead for the William Raveis Charitable Fund (WRCF).
RMDS’s primary role is maintaining strong relationships with important top agents across their region, providing white-glove service to build and ensure company loyalty and retention. Likewise, the RMDS plays a critical role in supporting regional and companywide initiatives as needed. The RMDS is expected to travel to Long Island local offices to conduct 1 : 1 meetings with top agents.
A second key responsibility is focused time training his / her Long Island region Marketing Coordinators and Admin staff on company branding, messaging, key marketing assets, and new company initiatives. Likewise, the RMDS is the compliance officer, responsible for assets and messaging deployed in print, digital, TV, outdoor, and social media. At the direction of the DRMDS, he / she will provide necessary support to the local marketing or support staff for priority requests that require his / her advanced graphics capabilities as well as personal time off coverage support as needed.
Part of the RMDS role is collaborating with other RMDSs and DRMDS to brainstorm and create new impactful and distinctive marketing assets. This can be accomplished by refining and scaling grassroot ideas from the field or upgrading current assets with a fresh design.
The RMDS should champion the full range of William Raveis services and divisions, although not expected to be an expert at each. This includes William Raveis Marketing Platform (Maxa), William Raveis Mortgage, William Raveis Insurance, Luxury Properties Division (both concierge and self-service) and Relocation Division.
William Raveis has a long history of supporting innovative cancer research. The Operational Lead will be responsible for encouraging companywide offices to execute local events and track final donation totals, working with Sales Managers, WRCF Chair, and accounting team members.
RMDS Job Responsibilities :
- Compliance Officer for company branding, social media, and marketing standards.
- Provide a concierge level of support to select Sales Associates / agents with a variety of marketing offerings including but not limited to : William Raveis Marketing Platform (Maxa), CMA Listing Presentations (Moxi Present), Print Advertising, Direct Mail, Social Media and Email Marketing, and company division ambassador.
- Partner with office MCs to oversee office social media posts across regions to ensure compliance.
- Creating external-facing, digitals onboarding announcements for top agents, teams, or acquisition.
- Take direction from DRMDS on target agent priorities for recruiting and retention.
- Collaborate with RMDS team members, especially organizing and using appropriate shared marketing and field drives to store custom files for seamless retrieval.
- As needed, general marketing and admin support to assist Marketing Coordinators with overflow help.
