Based in our Brighton office, you will be part of a passionate team that produces events annually in London, San Francisco, Singapore, Chicago, Mexico City, Dubai, Amsterdam, and São Paulo.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting Marketing Director to lead and mentor the marketing team in best practice, marketing toolkit and managing workload.
- Supporting with new processes and project tools (including implementation of Monday.com across the team)
- Defining and tracking KPIs by establishing clear success metrics around engagement, audience growth, and measuring performance.
- Planning and executing campaign strategies across email, social media, paid digital advertising, content and B2B community marketing.
- Liaising with senior-level stakeholders (such as speakers, sponsors, and influencers) to engage in community marketing, identifying new ways and channels to extend our reach and amplify our event messages.
- Researching, negotiating and securing marketing partnerships for mutual benefit with relevant industry associations, trade media and investor bodies.
- Defining key media targets and building relationships with journalists to increase PR
- Defining available data, priorities and gaps to continuously expand and refresh our market reach and lead generation.
- Overseeing the design and print of conference brochures and materials, liaising with external design and print agencies.
What you’ll need:
- Website CMS and SEO – Proficient in platforms such as WordPress, Evessio, and ASP Events, with strong knowledge in SEO and paid search.
- CRM and Database Management – Experienced with Salesforce and Pardot, using data segmentation and email marketing systems.
- Marketing Analytics & Reporting – Using tools like Google Analytics, GTAG, and Adobe Analytics.
- Digital Marketing & Project Management – Comfortable leading website updates, SEO optimisation, paid campaigns, and managing projects with a focus on data analytics and CRM segmentation.
- Content Creation & Brand Alignment – Expertise in working with stakeholders, contributors and designers across B2B marketing, digital, and print; diverse content formats including news, SEO, email newsletters, and social media.
- Advanced Software Skills – Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Canva is essential.
- Team Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration – Demonstrated leadership skills in mentoring team members, delegating effectively, setting clear expectations, and building strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams.
- Strategic Thinking & Market Insight – Skilled in identifying market trends and opportunities, setting campaign goals, and marking progress to ensure marketing success.
