William Ryan Homes - Phoenix, is seeking a highly motivated Purchasing Coordinator to join our Operations team. The person in this position is responsible for ensuring that all Procurement collateral is accurate and supports the construction, sales design center and vendors in building error-free homes.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Assure accuracy of all Division Construction plans and specifications, Community plans and plan options, and Design guidelines
- Establish and modify estimating templates
- Field verifies contracted quantities
- Manage Bid Process from RFP to award
- Negotiate with Trade Partners to achieve win-win scenario
- Execute Trade Partner contracts
- Assist with onboarding of vendors and construction personnel
- Assist in the preparation of Monthly and Quarterly reports
- Manager Vendor files, contracts , payment inquiries, and insurance
