William Vaughan Company is helping in the search for anEstimatorfor a General Contractor based in Holland, OH. They are seeking a skilled individual to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will lead various projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Your role is crucial in coordinating teams, managing resources, and communicating effectively with stakeholders to achieve project goals. Role:

• Develop detailed estimates and bids for construction projects
• Review and evaluate quotes from suppliers and subcontractors
• Interpret plans and drawings to gather necessary information
• Perform take-offs to compile data for bids
• Meet with clients to understand their needs and create scopes of work
  
  

Requirements:

• Strong team player with excellent resource, planning, and time management skills
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with SAGE Estimating software
• Proficiency with take-off programs such as On-Screen or Plan Swift
• Three (3) or more years of experience in the construction industry as an estimator, manager, or engineer
