William Vaughan Company, a locally recognized, full-service accounting firm in Maumee, Ohio is currently seeking student interns for the 2026 Busy Season . Our internships are full-time or part-time, entry-level positions. In addition, this is a temporary role with employment beginning at the end of January through mid-April. Paid training is provided at the onset. You will learn directly from experienced staff and senior leadership with specialized experience and technical knowledge across numerous industries. Most importantly, you will gain hands-on experience and better understand how your academic experience translates to the professional environment. All interns are assigned a buddy to guide them through the process and to provide feedback.
Role :
- Prepare a variety of tax returns (federal, state, and city)
- Process 1099's, W-2s, and year-end payroll tax returns
- Collaborate with reviewers and your mentor to develop your tax preparation skills
- Support the tax team with other special projects as needed
