DUTIES
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly, upbeat, and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Assist with administrative tasks such as faxing and scanning documents
- Provide excellent customer service
- Ensure reception area is organized and clean
EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience in a dental/orthodontic office setting preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of phone systems and ability to handle high call volumes
