Job Position : Project Coordinator
Reports To : Vice President Product Management
Terms : Regular, Full-Time
Summary :
The Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the planning, execution and delivery of new and existing product development initiatives. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and operations, the Project Coordinator ensures projects stay on schedule, within scope, and aligned with company objectives. This role is pivotal in managing communication, tracking progress and maintaining documentation through the product development life cycle.
Responsibilities :
- Assist in creating project plans, timelines and schedules for NPD initiatives
- Track and monitor project milestones, deliverables and deadlines
- Act as central point of contact for project updates and communications
- Prepare and report status updates and presentations for stakeholders
- Schedule and facilitate meetings and action items
- Maintain project documentation, design specifications, testing protocols and change requests
- Identify and mitigate potential impacts to project deliverables
- Communicate with 3rd Party vendors to ensure timely deliveries of new product introductions
