What are the responsibilities and job description for the Home Medical Equipment Department Manager position at Williams Brand?
Williams Bros. Health Care Pharmacy has an immediate opening for the Home Medical Equipment Dept. Manager for our Paoli, IN location. The HME Manager duties include (but are not limited to):
- Supervises 2 to 20 employees
- Plans and prepares work schedules and assigns employee duties
- Supervises employees, engages in sales work, tracks inventory, keeps operating records, and performs work of subordinates as needed
- Ensures compliance of employees with established security, sales, and record keeping procedures
- Participates in training programs and performs process training with employees
- Carries out responsibilities in accordance to policies and laws
- Interviews, hires, and trains new staff as necessary
- Appraises performance, rewards and coaches employees, addresses customer complaints, and resolves issues
- Provides excellent customer service to all new and existing customers and patients

Work Hours: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday (some Saturdays).
Will also cover on call duties as necessary.
