Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscape Supervisor to lead our groundskeeping team. Duties
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the landscaping team to ensure efficient workflow and high standards of service.
- Oversee landscape maintenance tasks including landscape and hardscape Installation
- Plan and implement landscaping projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications and timelines.
- Train and mentor team members on best practices in groundskeeping and landscape maintenance.
- Maintain equipment and tools used in landscaping operations to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to assess landscape health and identify areas for improvement.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service.
Skills
- Proven experience in supervising landscaping or groundskeeping teams.
- Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance practices, including lawn care, landscape and Hardscape installation.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
- Ability to build effective relationships with clients and provide outstanding service.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in maintaining landscapes.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 45 – 55 per week
