Williams College seeks a highly skilled Alumni Engagement Program Coordinator to join our team. This full-time role will report to the Director of Class Engagement and the Alumni Fund. - Execute production of appeals, invitations, and other class-based collateral and communications.
- Ensure volunteers and donors are stewarded appropriately and in a timely manner, including extracting data for, preparing, and producing notifications for alumni donors.
- Provide direct administrative support to three class managers.
- Extract, analyze, and archive additional data as needed by class managers and AE staff, particularly around legacy admission applications, leadership giving, event attendance, and identification of prospective volunteers.
- Provide guidance, support, and overall assistance to the Office of Alumni Engagement.
Qualifications:
- 2 or more years of relevant experience is required, or equal combination of education and experience.
- Technical acumen is vital. Knowledge of Mail Merge and InDesign or similar programs is strongly preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with staff, students, and alumni from diverse backgrounds.
