Your Path to a Successful HVAC Career
This isn’t just a training program—it’s the first step in a long-term career. Here’s what your journey could look like:
🔹 Phase 1: Paid Schooling (4 Weeks) – Learn the fundamentals of HVAC in the classroom and through hands-on training.
🔹 Phase 2: Install Apprentice (Summer) – Transition into the field, working alongside experienced installers to understand the installation process. You’ll gain hands-on experience in making HVAC systems operate flawlessly, look professional, and meet the highest standards.
🔹 Phase 3: Maintenance Technician (Fall) – Continue your training by joining the maintenance department. Here, you’ll learn what it takes to keep systems running at peak efficiency and ensure client satisfaction through routine maintenance and system performance checks.
🔹 Phase 4: Service Technician Opportunity – After gaining well-rounded experience in both installation and maintenance, you may have the opportunity to transition into HVAC service, where you’ll troubleshoot complex issues and repair broken systems. This path will develop you into a highly skilled, well-rounded HVAC technician—equipped with the expertise to handle every aspect of the trade.

What will you be doing?
