The reliability engineering role at Williams is important as you will be passionate about failure prevention. You will work with maintenance teams across the company, collaborating to provide each other with data that results in improved maintenance protocols and fewer system and equipment failures. If you enjoy solving business problems through creative solutions and managing projects and programs, this role will be an ambitious and exciting experience at Williams.Responsibilities / Expectations : Analyzes equipment performance and provides recommendations to improve reliabilityDevelops and implements new maintenance and reliability procedures and processesParticipates in equipment-related Root Cause Analysis and Root Cause problem elimination exercisesPerforms sophisticated technical tasks and leads teams in projects of major scope and complexityParticipates in the development and implementation of technical standards and specificationsInterprets technological aspects of business and coordinates with leaders to ensure successApplies expertise, knowledge and experience from projects that positively impacts earningsCollaborates with others to ensure compliance, build improvement plans and meet training needsOther duties as assignedEducation / Years of Experience : Required : Bachelor’s Degree in relevant Engineering field from an accredited college or university, OR Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Technology in a relevant field with Professional Engineer (P.E.) license; A minimum fifteen (15) years of progressive engineering experience in the natural gas or petrochemical industryOther Requirements : Preferred : PE CertificationPreferred : Project Management experiencePreferred : Familiarity with ISO Standards and OREDAPreferred : Experience with CMMS (Maximo), SQL, Power BI, PythonAble to work on engineering specialties covering more than one subject areaSophisticated knowledge of the engineering workflow, project life cycle processes, and engineering design principlesExperience with operational data analysis and reportingDemonstrates excellent organizational / interpersonal skills and safety as a main priorityProficiency in Microsoft Office Application and PC skillsAbout Tulsa : Our corporate headquarters is located in downtown Tulsa, Oklahoma, the 2nd largest city in Oklahoma and the 47th most populous in the U.S.Tulsa is known as the Mother of "The Mother Road" - Route 66, and boasts impressive art deco architecture, the #1 city park in the U.S. (The Gathering Place) and is a great venue for live music.
