As IT Analyst II, you will provide support in analyzing, developing, and implementing information systems. A focus on efficiency, the ability to solve sophisticated problems, and technical acuity are keys to success!

A Day in the Life:
In this role, as a Power Platform IT Analyst, you will design and develop Power Apps solutions that streamline business processes, enhance data accessibility, and provide insightful analytics to support strategic decision-making. You will thrive in a collaborative environment, working alongside a dynamic team to create impactful, user-centered Power Platform solutions. This position offers opportunities for growth and development, empowering you to drive data-driven decision-making and make a significant impact.
Responsibilities/Expectations:
- Supports the development of Power Platform solutions, including Canvas apps, model-driven apps, and Power Automate flows, to enhance operational efficiency
- Assists in designing and managing data architecture, creating and maintaining entities, fields, and relationships in Microsoft Dataverse, Microsoft SQL Server, and Microsoft SharePoint
- Utilizes Microsoft Copilot Studio and Artificial Intelligence Builder to innovate and streamline processes
- Participates in implementing Application Lifecycle Management practices for the Power Platform, including source control, solution management, and deployment pipelines
- Helps develop and manage custom connectors for seamless integration with external systems
- Ensures security standards and best practices, including Data Loss Prevention policies and role-based access, are implemented effectively
- Other duties as assigned
Education/Years of Experience:
- Required: High school diploma/GED and a minimum of one (1) year of IT experience
- Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field and a minimum of two (2) years' IT experience
Other Requirements:
- Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority
- Needs basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Application and PC skills
