We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our dynamic team in a manufacturing facility. Duties
- Operate and maintain power tools and hand tools for assembly and fabrication tasks.
- Assist in the assembly line processes, ensuring products are assembled accurately and efficiently.
- Perform basic mechanical tasks, including troubleshooting and minor repairs on equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals while adhering to safety standards.
- Load and unload materials in the warehouse, utilizing forklifts when necessary.
- Follow instructions for assembling components according to specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Proficient mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various power tools and hand tools.
- Familiarity with assembly line processes and warehouse operations is a plus.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.
- Forklift certification is advantageous but not required; training may be provided.
