Williams Consulting LLC is seeking an experienced Health Project Coordinator / Case Manager with fluency in Spanish to support a Federal client in management and coordination of a medical doctors who will provide medical specialist expertise in the support of disability claims determinations.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing activities based on deadlines, available medical experts and other resources, and complexity of the task
- Ensure that all regulatory and training requirements are met
- Respond to regularly occurring requests for information
- Prepare reports for superiors regarding project status, costs, and timelines
- Organize and manage resources including human capital, materials, equipment, and supplies
- Support dissemination of information, including sensitive data, meeting materials, and meeting minutes
- Assist with the creation and development of visual presentations
- Retrieve information, organize, and prioritize emails and calls
- Other duties as assigned
