Looking to develop into a level 10 Preventative Maintenance Diesel Technician? To keep it 100, Williams Dedicated is searching for a rizzler who’s ready for a Preventative Maintenance Diesel Fleet Technician to add rizz to our talented Service team in Springfield, IL!
Shift:
- 1st Shift
- 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Monday-Friday
Job Duties of a Diesel Fleet Technician:
- Change oil, grease chassis, and perform inspections
- Keep equipment available by completing preventive maintenance schedules and installing component and part upgrades
- Determine vehicle condition by conducting inspections and identifying worn and damaged parts
- Correct vehicle problems and make minor repairs as necessary
Qualifications (BASIC, we know but we must have some):
- Valid Driver’s License
- Minimal experience as a Diesel Technician or similar role
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance
- Proficiency in using hand tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
