Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Intake Specialist located in our Virginia Beach office, The Intake Specialist will be responsible for communication with clients, client intake processes, utilizing strong interpersonal skills to build rapport, providing excellent customer service, and handling insurance-related tasks.
Responsibilities:
· Schedule intake meetings with attorneys and sign-up clients
· Communicate with potential clients to gather relevant details about their cases
· Evaluate and determine whether cases should be accepted by the firm
· Document all client interactions and case evaluations
· Monitor status of paid leads and follow up with attorneys as necessary
· Follow up with past clients and grow the G.A.S. Calls Program
· Maintain and grow Referral Partners Program
Requirements:
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases/tasks at once
· High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
· Fluent in MS Office tools
· Savvy with office automation platforms, email platforms, CRMs, video conferencing, etc.
Ideal but not Mandatory:
· Experience in a law firm, with a focus on personal injury
· Knowledge of personal injury laws and claims process
· Past position as Insurance Adjuster
· Knowledge of NEOS or other case management software
· Spanish language proficiency
