- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and priming as necessary
- Apply paint and coatings using various methods such as brushing, rolling, or airless spraying
- Ensure proper coverage and finish quality
- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate protective equipment
- Maintain painting equipment and tools
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time
- Proven experience as an Industrial Painter or similar role
- Knowledge of different painting techniques and materials
- Experience with airless paint spraying equipment
- Familiarity with power tools used in surface preparation
- Ability to operate a forklift for materials handling purposes
- Experience working in a warehouse or construction environment is a plus
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in physically demanding conditions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Must follow all corporate and OSHA required safety guidelines.
