Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with professionalism and friendly demeanor.
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls.
- Communicate with customers via phone and email.
- Process invoices and record payments accurately.
- Use Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel, proficiently.
- Operate and maintain office equipment (phone system, scanner, copier).
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members and customers.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
