Williams-Keepers LLC (WK) seeks a qualified individual
to fill an Audit Supervisor or Manager position. The
minimum experience for an Audit Supervisor is five to
seven years of experience, and an Audit Manager has
more than seven years of experience in audit work, with
an educational/experience background in accounting,
financial statement preparation, auditing and general
tax knowledge. Work is performed under minimal
supervision. Responsibilities increase with
demonstrated skill. This is an exempt position that is
eligible for the firm’s health and dental plan, 401k
savings plan, four (4) weeks paid time off annually and
other benefits.
Reports To
The Audit Supervisor will report to a management team
that includes Audit Partners and Audit Managers. The
Audit Manager will report to Audit Partners.
Essential Functions & Performance Expectations
The Audit Supervisor and Audit Manager function at a
high level within the firm. The criteria listed below
provide a general description of the essential functions
and expectations for these positions.
Professional Competence and Technical Knowledge
- Be familiar with the regulations and
Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the
Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants
(MSCPA), the State Board of Accountancy and
the firm.
- Be familiar with the pronouncements of the
the Governmental Accounting Standards Board
(GASB) and the AICPA, such as the Statements
on Auditing Standards.
- Display a high level of professional competence,
auditing and accounting field.
- Display good project management skills in order

Educational Requirements
Preferred candidates will possess a master’s degree in
accountancy or a related field and be licensed as a
Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Working Conditions
Minimal safety hazards, general office conditions.
Travel, both overnight and during the day, is required.
Extended hours are required at certain times
throughout the year, depending on client service needs.
Extensive use of technology is required.
Other Considerations

Salary : $86,700 - $110,000
