Growing Law firm is Hiring a Claims Collections Specialist.
This is an entry level position for the Law Firm. This job involves regular telephone calls to assist in the collection of outstanding client accounts. The job also requires that accounts are documented regarding all collection’s activities. Drafting and sending correspondence is also a routine responsibility.
This is steady and repetitive work, and the applicant must be comfortable with this type of a daily routine.
The applicant must have good communication and organizational skills and is able to work independently. Good writing skills required. Must be comfortable with meeting goals. Must be able to multi-task. Also, the ability to read and speak Spanish, is desired but it is not required. Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required, including excel. Overtime is required, occasionally.
Primary duties include maintaining, processing and collecting on a collections account for the Firm. Must be comfortable with establishing and achieving collections goals.
As this is a law firm, there will be other related duties involving supporting the law firm’s activities as a part of the position's duties.
Training is provided and is available for the individual with the requisite background.
There are additional bonuses based upon performance.
Expected starting salary from $30,000.00 .
