Electrical/HVAC Controls Foreman

Williams is hiring an Electrical/HVAC Controls Foreman to ensure project success and team efficiency. The Foreman is responsible for supervision, delegation, and management of the performance of assigned team, ensuring productive and efficient workflow while adhering to company policies and project specifications. The Electrical/HVAC Controls Foreman is expected to put on their tool belt and actively participate in hands-on tasks as needed

What You'll Do: 

• Project Oversight & Coordination: Oversee daily construction activities, manage resources, and ensure milestones and quality standards are achieved.
• Leadership & Training: Lead teams with minimal workflow disruption, provide training, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety protocols, maintain compliance with codes and regulations, and promote a safe work environment.
• Problem-Solving & Communication: Address and resolve issues related to workforce, materials, and scheduling while ensuring clear communication with all stakeholders.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of activities, progress, and issues while completing required documentation in appropriate platforms.

What You Bring: 

• Licensing, Technical Expertise, and Blueprint Proficiency: Maintain relevant licenses and certifications; demonstrate deep knowledge of trade tools, materials, and techniques, including proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Leadership and Team Collaboration: Lead teams effectively, foster collaboration, resolve conflicts, and mentor team members to enhance skills and meet project goals.
• Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Exhibit strong analytical skills to troubleshoot issues, implement solutions promptly, and adapt to changing project demands or challenges.
• Safety and Quality Assurance: Uphold safety protocols and industry standards to ensure a safe work environment and consistently deliver high-quality results.
• Communication and Project Management: Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, efficiently manage project resources, schedules, and budgets, and maintain focus on deadlines.
