Williams is hiring an experienced Electrician/HVAC Controls Technician to install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and HVAC control systems in new construction for both residential and commercial clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both electrical and HVAC disciplines and will be capable of working independently or as part of a team.

What You'll Do:
- Installation & Maintenance: Execute the installation of control and electrical systems, including wiring and power distribution, and perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Troubleshooting & Compliance: Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical malfunctions, ensuring compliance with state and national electrical codes and industry standards.
- Collaboration & Documentation: Work collaboratively with project teams to interpret construction documents, coordinate with other trades, and maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and modifications.
- Safety & Quality Assurance: Adhere to strict safety protocols, conduct quality checks, and ensure all work meets company standards and client expectations.
What You Bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Montana Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent certification required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in electrical work, with a focus on controls preferred.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical construction drawings, schematics, technical documents, and able to properly document events and changes through the project's life.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve electrical and control systems issues.
- Experience with PLC programming and other control technologies is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards.
