What You'll Do
- HVAC Estimates: Analyze project documents, perform take-offs, and develop precise cost breakdowns.
- Bid with Confidence: Manage bid schedules, solicit vendor pricing, and ensure complete and competitive proposals.
- Collaborate & Coordinate: Work closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to align scope, budget, and requirements.
- Stay Organized & Efficient: Maintain detailed job folders, resource databases, and pricing structures for seamless estimating.
- 5 years of estimating experience in HVAC, plumbing, or mechanical systems.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC materials, installation methods, and cost analysis.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, specifications, and industry codes.
- Experience with estimating software, spreadsheets, and vendor coordination.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and time management skills.
