Williams is hiring a HVAC Residential Controls Superintendent to oversee the processes, procedures, and management of the work on a given job. They work closely with the Controls Project Manager during the progress of the assigned job(s). They are responsible for improving efficiency and profitability within the company, while ensuring the safety of all team memebers.

What You'll Do:
- Daily Operations & Documentation:
- Maintain daily logs in Procore, document timecards, RFIs, T&M tickets, and other required project records.
- Submit weekly timecard approvals and ensure accurate data for office estimators.
- Procurement & Resource Management:
- Oversee material and equipment procurement, ensuring specifications, pricing, and availability align with project needs.
- Manage tools and equipment, ensuring readiness for all tasks.
- Scheduling & Team Leadership:
- Schedule subcontractors and control crew members, maintaining a 3-week projected schedule.
- Lead daily work assignments, ensuring alignment with CPM timelines and project tasks.
- Safety & Quality Control:
- Conduct weekly safety meetings, enforce OSHA regulations, and proactively minimize job site hazards.
- Ensure quality control on all assigned projects, including rework and remedial training as needed.
- Communication & Problem-Solving:
- Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams, project managers, and general contractors.
- Maintain a deep understanding of project contracts, equipment submittals, and operational sequences to anticipate and resolve challenges effectively.
What You Bring:
- Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required, with 5 years of experience in control systems and construction.
- Familiarity with building codes and control installation procedures; a valid Journeyman Electrical License is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn company- and control-specific software (e.g., Procore, Honeywell Resideo).

- Detail-oriented with excellent vision and dexterity for electrical panel work.
- Honest, trustworthy, respectful, and culturally aware, with strong communication and leadership skills to mentor and guide field teams effectively.
- Technical & Problem-Solving Skills:

- Authorized to manage job resources and ensure team safety while maintaining productivity and efficiency.
