Qualifications:
- Strong Commercial/ Residential Plumbing Experience
- Proven experience as a Plumbing Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of service plumbing techniques and practices
- Familiarity with a variety of hand tools, power tools, and pipe threading equipment
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual labor as required for plumbing projects
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot plumbing issues effectively
- Basic math skills for measuring, calculating pipe lengths, and estimating materials needed
- A current Journeyman's Plumbing License.
- Drug-free and clean driving record
- Desire to help People, Motivated ,and driven to ensure excellence
Duties:
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine layout and installation of plumbing systems
- Use hand tools, power tools, and pipe threading equipment to complete plumbing projects
- Collaborate with other construction professionals, such as carpenters and electricians, to ensure proper coordination of plumbing installations
- Perform heavy lifting and manual labor as required for plumbing projects
- Conduct inspections and tests to identify and resolve plumbing issues
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions
