What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Framer position at Williams & Son Construction, LLC.?
Looking for an experienced lead framer in Roseburg Oregon. Williams and Son Construction frames custom and spec homes in all of Douglas County. Minimum abilities must include:
- Ability to frame an underfloor
- Ability to plate and layout walls
- Ability to frame walls
- Ability to layout roof trusses and build roof over frame
- Ability to build stairs
- Ability to cut and stack rafters from time to time (or learn the math behind the skill)
- Ability to install most types of siding

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
