Job Description
The Regional Operations Manager - Final Mile Delivery will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive home delivery business growth, leading and motivating teams to achieve high levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance, and fostering strong relationships with sourcing, engineering, operations, and human resources teams.
Responsibilities
• Develop and execute plans to drive home delivery business growth
• Lead and motivate teams to achieve high levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance
• Foster strong relationships with sourcing, engineering, operations, and human resources teams
• Manage all furniture delivery hub operations, performance, accountability, and loss prevention
• Facilitate escalated orders, RTL store support, UPS/OVR deliveries, seasonal floor sets, and design studio orders
• Drive continuous improvement in furniture and delivery network efficiency
Required Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
• At least 3-5 years of relevant distribution or manufacturing management/leadership experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Availability for up to 70% travel
• Highly organized and process-oriented individual
• Ability to influence and motivate teams remotely
• Warehouse Management System experience
