What are the responsibilities and job description for the Early Career Consultant II position at Williams?
The Early Career Consultant II is responsible for implementing early career development strategies by leading onboarding and orientation for interns. This role will also develop and manage our internship program in conjunction with early career programming and align all learning and development efforts to overall business strategy. Exceptional project and program management skills with ability to organize and implement within a matrix organization structure are keys to success.

Responsibilities / Expectations :
- Leads summer intern / co-op program and / or early career professional development program aligned with business needs including university and technical school internship programs
- Accounts for onboarding, learning, and experience of interns or early career employees across the enterprise
- Aligns programming to core business needs and strategic imperatives'
- Collaborates with entire learning & development team on talent development processes to identify hard-working and high-potential interns to convert to full-time positions
- Collaborates with internal business partners to implement early career strategies including communications, marketing, and compensation
- Partners with D&I to ensure focus on development functions
- Collaborates with others to integrate appropriate non-technical and technical curriculum within the programs including content review for instructor-led and online learning courses
- Collaborates with peers in industry on internship program best practices
