After completing the academy, you'll transition to a full-time role within our IT department, setting the foundation for your new career in IT.

Responsibilities/Expectations:
- Provides application software development services or technical support
- Develops program logic for new applications or analyzes and modifies logic in existing applications
- Codes, tests, debugs, documents, implements and maintains software applications
- Analyzes requirements and maintains, tests and integrates application components in a timely, cost-effective manner
- Support systems for business and application processes
- Works with key business partners to identify and define requirements
- Enhances cloud infrastructure, analytics, automation solutions, and applications using tools such as Azure, PowerBI, UIPath, and PowerApps.
- Drives business process improvements through analytical problem-solving, agile project management methodologies, and secure connectivity
- Strengthens cybersecurity measures to ensure safety
- Other duties as assigned
- Required: High school diploma/GED
- Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field
- Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority
- Needs basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Application and PC skills
